About us

• First Multicomponent Health Education Research Unit in France, the UMS 007 UPPERS brings together around fifty teacher-researchers in health education at Université Paris Cité, from diverse disciplines: Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, Nursing Science, Medicine & Midwifery, and Dentistry.
• As a Joint Service Unit (Unité Mixte de Service), UPPERS allows non-exclusive affiliation, offering both traditional attachment to a recognized research laboratory (UMR) and cross-disciplinary engagement in education research.
• The unit meets weekly to discuss ongoing and upcoming research topics across all health disciplines.
• All initiatives are welcome. Any researcher wishing to get involved in the unit, or seeking support in developing a project or designing its methodology—whether for a teaching project or an inter-university diploma (DIU) in pedagogy—is warmly encouraged to reach out.
